Leviticus 14:5

וְצִוָּה֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן וְשָׁחַ֖ט אֶת־הַצִּפֹּ֣ור הָאֶחָ֑ת אֶל־כְּלִי־חֶ֖רֶשׂ עַל־מַ֥יִם חַיִּֽים׃

And the priest shall command, and he shall slaughter one of the birds over an earthen vessel containing living water.
