Leviticus 2:4

וְכִ֥י תַקְרִ֛ב קָרְבַּ֥ן מִנְחָ֖ה מַאֲפֵ֣ה תַנּ֑וּר סֹ֣לֶת חַלֹּ֤ות מַצֹּת֙ בְּלוּלֹ֣ת בַּשֶּׁ֔מֶן וּרְקִיקֵ֥י מַצֹּ֖ות מְשֻׁחִ֥ים בַּשָּֽׁמֶן׃ ס

And if you bring a grain offering baked in an oven, it shall be of fine flour: unleavened loaves mixed with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.
