Leviticus 2:7

וְאִם־מִנְחַ֥ת מַרְחֶ֖שֶׁת קָרְבָּנֶ֑ךָ סֹ֥לֶת בַּשֶּׁ֖מֶן תֵּעָשֶֽׂה׃

And if your offering is a grain offering prepared in a deep pan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil.
