Leviticus 22:21

וְאִ֗ישׁ כִּֽי־יַקְרִ֤יב זֶֽבַח־שְׁלָמִים֙ לַיהוָ֔ה לְפַלֵּא־נֶ֨דֶר֙ אֹ֣ו לִנְדָבָ֔ה בַּבָּקָ֖ר אֹ֣ו בַצֹּ֑אן תָּמִ֤ים יִֽהְיֶה֙ לְרָצֹ֔ון כָּל־מ֖וּם לֹ֥א יִהְיֶה־בֹּֽו׃

And if a man offers a sacrifice of peace offerings to YHWH, to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering, from the cattle or the flock, it must be perfect to be acceptable; there must be no blemish in it.
