Leviticus 23:21

וּקְרָאתֶ֞ם בְּעֶ֣צֶם הַיֹּ֣ום הַזֶּ֗ה מִֽקְרָא־קֹ֨דֶשׁ֙ יִהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֔ם כָּל־מְלֶ֥אכֶת עֲבֹדָ֖ה לֹ֣א תַעֲשׂ֑וּ חֻקַּ֥ת עֹולָ֛ם בְּכָל־מֹושְׁבֹ֥תֵיכֶ֖ם לְדֹרֹֽתֵיכֶֽם׃

You shall proclaim on this very day that it shall be a holy convocation for you; you shall not do any laborious work. It is a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
