Leviticus 27:13

וְאִם־גָּאֹ֖ל יִגְאָלֶ֑נָּה וְיָסַ֥ף חֲמִישִׁתֹ֖ו עַל־עֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃

But if he redeems it, then he shall add a fifth to its valuation.
