Leviticus 27:12

וְהֶעֱרִ֤יךְ הַכֹּהֵן֙ אֹתָ֔הּ בֵּ֥ין טֹ֖וב וּבֵ֣ין רָ֑ע כְּעֶרְכְּךָ֥ הַכֹּהֵ֖ן כֵּ֥ן יִהְיֶֽה׃

And the priest shall assess it, whether it is good or bad; according to your valuation, O priest, so it shall be.
