Leviticus 8:5

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־הָעֵדָ֑ה זֶ֣ה הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה לַעֲשֹֽׂות׃

And Moshe said to the assembly, “This is the thing that YHWH has commanded to do.”
