Micah 6:9

קֹ֤ול יְהוָה֙ לָעִ֣יר יִקְרָ֔א וְתוּשִׁיָּ֖ה יִרְאֶ֣ה שְׁמֶ֑ךָ שִׁמְע֥וּ מַטֶּ֖ה וּמִ֥י יְעָדָֽהּ׃

The voice of YHWH calls to the city, and sound wisdom sees your name; hear the rod, and who has appointed it.
