Micah 7:16

יִרְא֤וּ גֹויִם֙ וְיֵבֹ֔שׁוּ מִכֹּ֖ל גְּבֽוּרָתָ֑ם יָשִׂ֤ימוּ יָד֙ עַל־פֶּ֔ה אָזְנֵיהֶ֖ם תֶּחֱרַֽשְׁנָה׃

Nations will see and will be ashamed of all their might; they will place the hand upon the mouth, their ears will be deafened.
