Numbers 10:15

וְעַ֨ל־צְבָ֔א מַטֵּ֖ה בְּנֵ֣י יִשָׂשֶׂכָ֑ר נְתַנְאֵ֖ל בֶּן־צוּעָֽר׃

And over the army of the tribe of the children of Yissakhar was Nethanel son of Tsuʿar.
