Numbers 11:10

וַיִּשְׁמַ֨ע מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֶת־הָעָ֗ם בֹּכֶה֙ לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֔יו אִ֖ישׁ לְפֶ֣תַח אָהֳלֹ֑ו וַיִּֽחַר־אַ֤ף יְהוָה֙ מְאֹ֔ד וּבְעֵינֵ֥י מֹשֶׁ֖ה רָֽע׃

And Moshe heard the people weeping by their families, each man at the entrance of his tent, and the anger of YHWH burned greatly, and it was evil in the eyes of Moshe.
