Numbers 15:8

וְכִֽי־תַעֲשֶׂ֥ה בֶן־בָּקָ֖ר עֹלָ֣ה אֹו־זָ֑בַח לְפַלֵּא־נֶ֥דֶר אֹֽו־שְׁלָמִ֖ים לַֽיהוָֽה׃

And when you prepare a young bull as a burnt offering or a sacrifice, to fulfill a vow or as peace offerings to YHWH.
