Numbers 21:27

עַל־כֵּ֛ן יֹאמְר֥וּ הַמֹּשְׁלִ֖ים בֹּ֣אוּ חֶשְׁבֹּ֑ון תִּבָּנֶ֥ה וְתִכֹּונֵ֖ן עִ֥יר סִיחֹֽון׃

Therefore, those who speak in proverbs say: “Come to Ḥeshbon! Let it be built and established as the city of Siḥon.”
