Numbers 23:18

וַיִּשָּׂ֥א מְשָׁלֹ֖ו וַיֹּאמַ֑ר ק֤וּם בָּלָק֙ וּֽשֲׁמָ֔ע הַאֲזִ֥ינָה עָדַ֖י בְּנֹ֥ו צִפֹּֽר׃

And he took up his discourse and said, “Rise, Balaq, and listen; give ear to me, son of Tsippor.
