Numbers 24:18

וְהָיָ֨ה אֱדֹ֜ום יְרֵשָׁ֗ה וְהָיָ֧ה יְרֵשָׁ֛ה שֵׂעִ֖יר אֹיְבָ֑יו וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל עֹ֥שֶׂה חָֽיִל׃

And Edom will become a possession, Seʿir also will become a possession, its enemies, but Yisraʾel will act valiantly.
