Numbers 29:28

וּשְׂעִ֥יר חַטָּ֖את אֶחָ֑ד מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד וּמִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃ ס

And one male goat for a sin offering, besides the continual burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.
