Numbers 29:38

וּשְׂעִ֥יר חַטָּ֖את אֶחָ֑ד מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד וּמִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃

And one male goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.
