Numbers 35:20

וְאִם־בְּשִׂנְאָ֖ה יֶהְדָּפֶ֑נּוּ אֹֽו־הִשְׁלִ֥יךְ עָלָ֛יו בִּצְדִיָּ֖ה וַיָּמֹֽת׃

But if in hatred he pushes him, or throws something at him with premeditation, and he dies,
