Zephaniah 3:16

בַּיֹּ֣ום הַה֔וּא יֵאָמֵ֥ר לִירֽוּשָׁלִַ֖ם אַל־תִּירָ֑אִי צִיֹּ֖ון אַל־יִרְפּ֥וּ יָדָֽיִךְ׃

In that day it shall be said to Yerushalayim, “Do not fear; Tsiyyon, let not your hands grow weak.
