1 Kings 21:12

קָרְא֖וּ צֹ֑ום וְהֹשִׁ֥יבוּ אֶת־נָבֹ֖ות בְּרֹ֥אשׁ הָעָֽם׃

They proclaimed a fast and seated Navot at the head of the people.
