2 Kings 16:15

ויצוהו הַמֶּֽלֶךְ־֠אָחָז אֶת־אוּרִיָּ֨ה הַכֹּהֵ֜ן לֵאמֹ֗ר עַ֣ל הַמִּזְבֵּ֣חַ הַגָּדֹ֡ול הַקְטֵ֣ר אֶת־עֹֽלַת־הַבֹּקֶר֩ וְאֶת־מִנְחַ֨ת הָעֶ֜רֶב וְֽאֶת־עֹלַ֧ת הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ וְאֶת־מִנְחָתֹ֗ו וְ֠אֵת עֹלַ֞ת כָּל־עַ֤ם הָאָ֨רֶץ֙ וּמִנְחָתָ֣ם וְנִסְכֵּיהֶ֔ם וְכָל־דַּ֥ם עֹלָ֛ה וְכָל־דַּם־זֶ֖בַח עָלָ֣יו תִּזְרֹ֑ק וּמִזְבַּ֧ח הַנְּחֹ֛שֶׁת יִֽהְיֶה־לִּ֖י לְבַקֵּֽר׃

And King Aḥaz commanded Uriyya the priest, saying, “Upon the great altar burn the morning burnt offering, and the evening grain offering, and the king’s burnt offering and his grain offering, and the burnt offering of all the people of the land, and their grain offering and their libations; and all the blood of burnt offering and all the blood of sacrifice you shall sprinkle upon it. But the bronze altar shall be for me to inquire by.”
