Leviticus 4:16

וְהֵבִ֛יא הַכֹּהֵ֥ן הַמָּשִׁ֖יחַ מִדַּ֣ם הַפָּ֑ר אֶל־אֹ֖הֶל מֹועֵֽד׃

And the anointed priest shall bring some of the blood of the bull into the Tent of Meeting.
