Leviticus 22:20

כֹּ֛ל אֲשֶׁר־בֹּ֥ו מ֖וּם לֹ֣א תַקְרִ֑יבוּ כִּי־לֹ֥א לְרָצֹ֖ון יִהְיֶ֥ה לָכֶֽם׃

You shall not offer anything with a blemish, for it will not be acceptable for you.
