Numbers 7:48

בַּיֹּום֙ הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י נָשִׂ֖יא לִבְנֵ֣י אֶפְרָ֑יִם אֱלִֽישָׁמָ֖ע בֶּן־עַמִּיהֽוּד׃

On the seventh day, the leader of the sons of Efrayim was Elishama, son of ʿAmmihud.
