Numbers 26:56

עַל־פִּי֙ הַגֹּורָ֔ל תֵּחָלֵ֖ק נַחֲלָתֹ֑ו בֵּ֥ין רַ֖ב לִמְעָֽט׃ ס

By the decision of the lot, his inheritance shall be divided between the many and the few.
