Numbers 33:50

וַיְדַבֵּ֧ר יְהוָ֛ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֖ה בְּעַֽרְבֹ֣ת מֹואָ֑ב עַל־יַרְדֵּ֥ן יְרֵחֹ֖ו לֵאמֹֽר׃

And YHWH spoke to Moshe in the plains of Moʾav, by the Yarden near Yeriḥo, saying:
