Deuteronomy 28:47

תַּ֗חַת אֲשֶׁ֤ר לֹא־עָבַ֨דְתָּ֙ אֶת־יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ בְּשִׂמְחָ֖ה וּבְט֣וּב לֵבָ֑ב מֵרֹ֖ב כֹּֽל׃

Because you did not serve YHWH your God with joy and with gladness of heart, out of the abundance of everything.
