Jeremiah 23:18

כִּ֣י מִ֤י עָמַד֙ בְּסֹ֣וד יְהוָ֔ה וְיֵ֖רֶא וְיִשְׁמַ֣ע אֶת־דְּבָרֹ֑ו מִֽי־הִקְשִׁ֥יב דְּבָרִ֖י וַיִּשְׁמָֽע׃ ס

For who has stood in the council of YHWH, that he should see and hear His word? Who has given ear to My word and listened?
