Jeremiah 23:19

הִנֵּ֣ה סַעֲרַ֣ת יְהוָ֗ה חֵמָה֙ יָֽצְאָ֔ה וְסַ֖עַר מִתְחֹולֵ֑ל עַ֛ל רֹ֥אשׁ רְשָׁעִ֖ים יָחֽוּל׃

Behold, the storm of YHWH, wrath has gone out, and a whirling tempest; it whirls upon the head of the wicked.
