Jeremiah 23:20

לֹ֤א יָשׁוּב֙ אַף־יְהוָ֔ה עַד־עֲשֹׂתֹ֥ו וְעַד־הֲקִימֹ֖ו מְזִמֹּ֣ות לִבֹּ֑ו בְּאַֽחֲרִית֙ הַיָּמִ֔ים תִּתְבֹּ֥ונְנוּ בָ֖הּ בִּינָֽה׃

The anger of YHWH shall not turn back until He has done it and until He has established the plans of His heart; in the latter days you will understand it with understanding.
