Psalm 9:20 (Psalm 9:19)

קוּמָ֣ה יְ֭הוָה אַל־יָעֹ֣ז אֱנֹ֑ושׁ יִשָּׁפְט֥וּ גֹ֝ויִ֗ם עַל־פָּנֶֽיךָ׃

Arise YHWH. Let not mortal be strong. Let the nations be judged before Your face.
