Joshua 13:19

וְקִרְיָתַ֣יִם וְשִׂבְמָ֔ה וְצֶ֥רֶת הַשַּׁ֖חַר בְּהַ֥ר הָעֵֽמֶק׃

And Qiryatayim, and Sivma, and Tseret HaShaḥar in the hill country of the valley.
