Judges 1:11

וַיֵּ֣לֶךְ מִשָּׁ֔ם אֶל־יֹושְׁבֵ֖י דְּבִ֑יר וְשֵׁם־דְּבִ֥יר לְפָנִ֖ים קִרְיַת־סֵֽפֶר׃

And he went from there to the inhabitants of Devir—now the name of Devir before was Qiryat-Sefer.
