Judges 1:28

וַֽיְהִי֙ כִּֽי־חָזַ֣ק יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיָּ֥שֶׂם אֶת־הַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֖י לָמַ֑ס וְהֹורֵ֖ישׁ לֹ֥א הֹורִישֹֽׁו׃ ס

And it came to pass, when Yisraʾel became strong, that they put the Kenaʿani to forced labor, but they did not completely drive them out.
