Judges 12:8

וַיִּשְׁפֹּ֤ט אַֽחֲרָיו֙ אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אִבְצָ֖ן מִבֵּ֥ית לָֽחֶם׃

And after him, Ivtzan judged Yisraʾel, from Beit-laḥem.
