1 Samuel 11:4

וַיָּבֹ֤אוּ הַמַּלְאָכִים֙ גִּבְעַ֣ת שָׁא֔וּל וַיְדַבְּר֥וּ הַדְּבָרִ֖ים בְּאָזְנֵ֣י הָעָ֑ם וַיִּשְׂא֧וּ כָל־הָעָ֛ם אֶת־קֹולָ֖ם וַיִּבְכּֽוּ׃

And the messengers came to Giveʿa of Shaʾul and spoke these words in the ears of the people, and all the people lifted up their voices and wept.
