Isaiah 6:9

וַיֹּ֕אמֶר לֵ֥ךְ וְאָמַרְתָּ֖ לָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֑ה שִׁמְע֤וּ שָׁמֹ֨ועַ֙ וְאַל־תָּבִ֔ינוּ וּרְא֥וּ רָאֹ֖ו וְאַל־תֵּדָֽעוּ׃

And He said, “Go, and say to this people: ‘Hear indeed, but do not understand; and see indeed, but do not perceive.’
