Isaiah 29:14

לָכֵ֗ן הִנְנִ֥י יֹוסִ֛ף לְהַפְלִ֥יא אֶת־הָֽעָם־הַזֶּ֖ה הַפְלֵ֣א וָפֶ֑לֶא וְאָֽבְדָה֙ חָכְמַ֣ת חֲכָמָ֔יו וּבִינַ֥ת נְבֹנָ֖יו תִּסְתַּתָּֽר׃ ס

Therefore, behold, I am continuing to do wonders with this people, wondrously and with wonder; and the wisdom of its wise men shall perish, and the understanding of its discerning ones shall be hidden.
