Isaiah 57:19

בֹּורֵ֖א נוב שְׂפָתָ֑יִם שָׁלֹ֨ום שָׁלֹ֜ום לָרָחֹ֧וק וְלַקָּרֹ֛וב אָמַ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה וּרְפָאתִֽיו׃

Creator of the fruit of the lips: “Peace, peace to the far and to the near,” says YHWH, “and I will heal him.”
