Isaiah 66:4

גַּם־אֲנִ֞י אֶבְחַ֣ר בְּתַעֲלֻלֵיהֶ֗ם וּמְגֽוּרֹתָם֙ אָבִ֣יא לָהֶ֔ם יַ֤עַן קָרָ֨אתִי֙ וְאֵ֣ין עֹונֶ֔ה דִּבַּ֖רְתִּי וְלֹ֣א שָׁמֵ֑עוּ וַיַּעֲשׂ֤וּ הָרַע֙ בְּעֵינַ֔י וּבַאֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹֽא־חָפַ֖צְתִּי בָּחָֽרוּ׃ ס

So I also will choose their deceits, and their terrors I will bring to them, because I called and there was no answer, I spoke and they did not hear, and they did what is evil in My eyes, and that which I did not delight in, they chose.”
