Jeremiah 46:6

אַל־יָנ֣וּס הַקַּ֔ל וְאַל־יִמָּלֵ֖ט הַגִּבֹּ֑ור צָפֹ֨ונָה֙ עַל־יַ֣ד נְהַר־פְּרָ֔ת כָּשְׁל֖וּ וְנָפָֽלוּ׃

“Let not the swift flee, and let not the mighty escape; northward, by the River Perat, they stumble and fall.
