Jeremiah 49:20

לָכֵ֞ן שִׁמְע֣וּ עֲצַת־יְהוָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר יָעַץ֙ אֶל־אֱדֹ֔ום וּמַ֨חְשְׁבֹותָ֔יו אֲשֶׁ֥ר חָשַׁ֖ב אֶל־יֹשְׁבֵ֣י תֵימָ֑ן אִם־לֹ֤א יִסְחָבוּם֙ צְעִירֵ֣י הַצֹּ֔אן אִם־לֹ֥א יַשִּׁ֛ים עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם נְוֵהֶֽם׃

Therefore hear the counsel of YHWH which He has counseled against Edom, and His thoughts which He has thought against the inhabitants of Teman: surely the little ones of the flock shall drag them away, surely He shall lay waste their habitation upon them.
