Jeremiah 49:38

וְשַׂמְתִּ֥י כִסְאִ֖י בְּעֵילָ֑ם וְהַאֲבַדְתִּ֥י מִשָּׁ֛ם מֶ֥לֶךְ וְשָׂרִ֖ים נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃

And I will set my throne in ʿElam, and I will destroy from there king and princes,’ declares YHWH.
