Jeremiah 51:23

וְנִפַּצְתִּ֤י בְךָ֙ רֹעֶ֣ה וְעֶדְרֹ֔ו וְנִפַּצְתִּ֥י בְךָ֖ אִכָּ֣ר וְצִמְדֹּ֑ו וְנִפַּצְתִּ֣י בְךָ֔ פַּחֹ֖ות וּסְגָנִֽים׃

And with you I will shatter shepherd and his flock, and with you I will shatter farmer and his team, and with you I will shatter governors and officials.
