Jeremiah 51:24

וְשִׁלַּמְתִּ֨י לְבָבֶ֜ל וּלְכֹ֣ל יֹושְׁבֵ֣י כַשְׂדִּ֗ים אֵ֧ת כָּל־רָעָתָ֛ם אֲשֶׁר־עָשׂ֥וּ בְצִיֹּ֖ון לְעֵֽינֵיכֶ֑ם נְאֻ֖ם יְהוָֽה׃ ס

And I will repay Bavel and all the inhabitants of Kasdim for all their evil that they have done in Tsiyyon before your eyes,” declares YHWH.
