Jeremiah 51:53

כִּֽי־תַעֲלֶ֤ה בָבֶל֙ הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם וְכִ֥י תְבַצֵּ֖ר מְרֹ֣ום עֻזָּ֑הּ מֵאִתִּ֗י יָבֹ֧אוּ שֹׁדְדִ֛ים לָ֖הּ נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃ ס

Though Bavel should ascend to the heavens, and though she should fortify the height of her strength, from me destroyers shall come to her,” declares YHWH.
