Psalm 19:9 (Psalm 19:8)

פִּקּ֘וּדֵ֤י יְהוָ֣ה יְ֭שָׁרִים מְשַׂמְּחֵי־לֵ֑ב מִצְוַ֥ת יְהוָ֥ה בָּ֝רָ֗ה מְאִירַ֥ת עֵינָֽיִם׃

The precepts of YHWH are upright, rejoicing the heart. The commandment of YHWH is pure, giving light to the eyes.
