Psalm 19:8 (Psalm 19:7)

תֹּ֘ורַ֤ת יְהוָ֣ה תְּ֭מִימָה מְשִׁ֣יבַת נָ֑פֶשׁ עֵד֥וּת יְהוָ֥ה נֶ֝אֱמָנָ֗ה מַחְכִּ֥ימַת פֶּֽתִי׃

The instruction of YHWH is perfect, restoring the soul. The testimony of YHWH is faithful, making wise the simple.
