Ezekiel 16:23

וַיְהִ֕י אַחֲרֵ֖י כָּל־רָעָתֵ֑ךְ אֹ֣וי אֹ֣וי לָ֔ךְ נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃

And it came to pass after all your wickedness—woe, woe to you!” declares the Lord YHWH.
